Regarding our income tax and sales tax preparation services, we meet our client’s needs on a client by client basis. Some clients bring us “a bag of receipts”, etc. at year-end, and others utilize our services year around. As one can imagine the more organized the information is when it comes to us, the more cost effectively we can prepare your returns for your review and filing.
Fees And Billing Rates
New Client Setup Fee
Fee includes set up and design of chart of accounts and data entry input sheets. Also in office consultation or phone conference concerning related company matters. These fee range from $100 - $400 depending upon the level of services needed to properly set up the client information. During the first month of operation we will provide consultations on system changes at no additional hourly fee.
Review and consultation of monthly reports and other matters billed at standard rates in effect at the time of the service and based on the level necessary to provide the requested service. This includes meetings in our office or at the client’s location.
Payroll System for NY State Clients
As a business grows, management needs to devote their time to doing just that - “growing their business” – and leave the never-ending tasks related to employees to others. We can provide you with a payroll company who can handle this area of your overall accounting . Please let us know if we can help in this area.
Minimum office visit is $45.00
