How to determine % flash steam?

The % of flash steam can be calculated from the following equation:

With enthalpy in Btu/lb, % of Flash Steam = 100 * (h_{condensate sensible (higher pressure)} - h_{condensate sensible(lower pressure)}) / h_{(steam latent)})
