There are three (3) calculators in this square edge orifice sizing application for liquid service. You have the ability to calculate either the volumetric flow rate, the orifice size or the delta P across the orifice. This allows you to crunch numbers quickly for preliminary sizing purposes. As always, consult your vendor with the results obtained to ensure you have selected the correct orifice. You can use the resulting beta and Reynolds numbers to fine tune the calculation by using the correct flow coefficient.
